These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, landing pages

(funnels), forms, communications, and services (including SMS). By using our services, you agree to

Biztowallet provides AI automation implementation and operations services, omnichannel

management, CRM, and related functionalities, including the ability to send SMS communications

when a user provides consent.

2. Eligibility (18+)

Our services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the services, you

represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. SMS Messaging Program (Use Cases and Conditions)

When you provide consent, Biztowallet may send you SMS messages for operational and/or

promotional purposes. Use cases include:

• Non-promotional messages: onboarding, confirmations, appointment/demo reminders, service

updates, and support-related notifications.

• Promotional messages (only with explicit consent): offers, discounts, launches, and product

updates.

Message frequency may vary; as a reference, we send up to 4 messages per month, depending on

your interactions and requests.

4. Opt-Out (STOP) and Help (HELP)

To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

Opt-out confirmation: after we receive STOP, we will send a confirmation message and stop sending

you SMS messages, except as strictly necessary to confirm your opt-out or comply with legal

obligations.

5. Disclosure of Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for messages and data

according to your plan.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Biztowallet does not control message

delivery by mobile carriers.

7. Consent and Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You subscribe via a form checkbox

and, when applicable, additional SMS confirmation (double opt-in) by replying START or YES.

Unless otherwise stated, Biztowallet retains all rights to its trademarks, content, templates,

configurations, automations, and materials. No implied licenses are granted beyond what is necessary

to use the service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biztowallet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or

consequential damages. Use of the service is at your own risk and is subject to third-party availability

(e.g., mobile carriers, infrastructure providers).

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, violation of these Terms, or

security/compliance risks. You may stop using the service at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to

applicable mandatory rules.
